1. Service Description

Genesis Elite Hoops ("the Service") is a team management platform operated by Forge612 LLC that enables basketball coaches to manage team rosters, track fees, and collect payments from parents/guardians online.

2. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• A 5.5% processing fee is added to each payment to cover online payment processing costs.
• The processing fee is non-refundable.
• Fee amounts and due dates are set by your team's coach.
• Payment confirmation is provided via the portal after successful processing.

3. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be directed to your team's coach. Refunds are issued at the coach's discretion through Stripe. The 5.5% processing fee is non-refundable.

4. User Accounts

Coach accounts are created by invitation. Coaches are responsible for the accuracy of player and parent information entered into the system. Parents access the payment portal without creating an account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to access other teams' data
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Forge612 LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
