When you use the Genesis Elite Hoops team portal, we collect:

• Coach accounts: Email address, name (provided during registration)
• Player information: Player name, parent/guardian name, parent email, parent phone number (entered by the coach)
• Payment information: Fee amounts, payment status, payment dates. Credit card details are processed directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Process team fee payments via Stripe
• Send payment notifications and reminders to parents
• Enable coaches to manage team rosters and finances
• Provide payment lookup for parents

3. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe (stripe.com). A 5.5% processing fee is applied to cover payment processing costs. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your credit card information. We never store, see, or have access to your full card number.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except:

• Stripe: To process payments
• Firebase (Google Cloud): To store and serve application data
• Your team's coach: Coaches can view player and parent information for their team only

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), Firebase Authentication, and Firestore security rules that restrict data access to authorized users only.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained for as long as your team account is active. To request deletion of your personal information, contact us at info@genesiselitehoops.com.
